Award Winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil intense fruity, made 75% of Hojiblanca and 25% of Picudo olive varieties. An olive oil with unique sensorial characteristic and round flavor. This is a complex oil with hints of artichoke, tomato vine and aromatic herbs. Its flavor is very complex, well balanced, sweet, bitter and pungent. OLIVE GROVE REGION: Priego de Cordoba, Andalusia, Spain. ALTITUDE: about 700 mts. above sea level. HARVESTING SYSTEM: Mechanical means. HARVEST TIME: Beginning of November. EXTRACTION SYSTEM: Cold extraction, only by mechanical means. COLOR: Luminous Green, very dense. Ideal for dipping with rustic bread, aperitives or tapas, complex salads or any dish that you want to confer a unique flavor. To conserve the health promoting compounds best used cold: dippings, salad dressings or just added cold to a hot dish at the time of serving.
